PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR (HEAD OFFICE)

Hours:             Full time - 35 hours per week 

Salary:             £16,000 - £20,000 per annum

Contract:         Permanent, subject to 6 months’ probation period

Location:          Beechill Road, Belfast

CILNI is seeking a Payroll Administrator to join our payroll team in providing a specialised payroll service.  The service is used by up to 1,600 disabled people who employ over 4,000 personal assistants. The service, which has a growing client base, is part of our service to Direct Payment users in Northern Ireland. In addition to the processing of multiple payrolls each month, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that each stage of the payroll process is actioned properly and returns are made in an accurate and timely manner. The successful candidate will have a working knowledge of payroll and have excellent team working and customer service skills. The ideal candidate will have a desire to make life easier for disabled people.
